5.1. Any form of inappropriate behaviour—including but not limited to sexual comments, gestures, jokes, physical advances, boundary violations, aggressive or intimidating behaviour, or disrespectful language—will result in immediate termination of the session.
5.2. In such cases, the full session fee will still apply, and the client will be permanently barred from all future services.
6. Safety and Security
6.1. For the safety of the therapist, CCTV may be in operation in clinic spaces. Footage is stored securely and automatically deleted within 48 hours, unless a concern or incident requires further review.

7.2. The remaining balance is due at the time of the session, payable by card, cash, or contactless payment.
7.3. Deposits are non-refundable if you cancel or reschedule with less than 48 hours’ notice or arrive more than 10 minutes late without prior communication, as outlined in Section 3.
8. Under-18s and Vulnerable Clients
8.1. Clients must be over 18 years of age.
8.2. Any exception requires prior written consent and the presence of a parent or legal guardian during the session.
9. Health Screening and Suitability
9.1. Stretch Therapy UK reserves the right to decline treatment if the client’s health history, activity level, or presentation on the day indicates the session would be unsafe or unsuitable.
