Stretch Therapy UK requires 48 hour prior notice for cancelations before your booking is made non-refundable. Please note there is a 10 minute late policy after which your booking will be cancelled and payment made non-refundable. If you are running late please communicate with us at your earliest convenience. Zero communication may result in an early non-refundable cancellation. You must arrive already wearing athletic wear. Strictly required for women to wear gym shorts (above the knee) and a sports bra, men to wear gym shorts. Failure to comply will result in a non refundable cancellation.
